The History of the Heath The Heath was originally an ICI facility designed for the bulk chemical industry when it was built in 1962. It is now a major enterprise in the Runcorn area owned and managed by SOG Ltd , the former ICI Site Operations Group. Residents of The Heath benefit from over 40 years experience of operating and managing a major site of both serviced office accommodation and scientific enterprise.
