CEL International has been established for over 50 years and provides a Design, Engineering, Procurement, Project/Construction Management and Validation service to the process industries. Activities include a consultancy as well as provision of feasibility studies, masterplanning and front end design. CEL's primary objective is to offer a local and flexible service and to achieve this has established local offices in addittion to it's head office in Coventry, UK. These include CEL's North West office in Runcorn with other UK regional offices in Glasgow, Derby, and Barry, South Wales, in addition to an operation in Cork, Ireland and Shanghai.
