COMMISSION SCHEME

Did you know that SOG Ltd operate a Heath Residents Commission Scheme? Every resident business or every individual resident can benefit from this scheme by simply recommending new businesses to take up residency here at the Heath.

SOG Ltd will pay 10% commission on introductions only, for both office and laboratory space based on the first 12 months of occupation.

This is how it works:

All introductions should be forwarded to SOG Ltd for the attention of Tina Griffiths, either by email , phone on 01928 515977, fax on 01928 515158, or internal post to Tina Griffiths, SOG Ltd, Block G Annexe, The Heath. Information about the enquiry will be detailed on the Heath Residents Registration form (Terms and Conditions apply).

New Introductions will be entered onto our database and a unique reference number will be allocated and forwarded to the sender of the introduction. SOG Ltd will inform the sender if the introduction has been duplicated, with details of the original source.

If the introduction leads to a signed agreement, SOG Ltd will inform you immediately. The agreed commission will be paid on receipt of an invoice from the resident business following receipt of month 1 licence fees from the new company. In the event of a large commission award, lump sum payments would be capped at £10,000, with the balance being paid over the following eleven months.

Typical Examples:

Commission for a single office would be:
Floor area 171 sq.ft = £376.20 + VAT = £442.04

and for a Laboratory:
Floor area 1308 sq.ft = £3270.00 + VAT = £3842.25

So remember, this scheme applies to every resident business at the Heath so why not earn extra cash. All you have to do is introduce new businesses and we will do the rest!
