Sizes range from modular units of 171 sq.ft (16 m2) to larger spaces over 2000 sq.ft (186 m2).

If you wish to expand or change your space requirements our flexible approach means our experienced project team will be happy to discuss your requirements and work closely with you to ensure your needs are catered for.

SOG understand that setting up or relocating a laboratory can be costly so will endeavour to meet your needs cost-effectively.

All lab modules are equipped with waste, water and air services. Fully vented fume cupboards, benching, sinks, write-up areas etc will be installed to suit your business requirements.

The Heath offers serviced accommodation at competitive rates. For an agreed monthly fee your serviced accommodation at The Heath includes:
