Mobile hairdressers Lisa Droughton and Leanne Jones have joined forces to launch a new business venture at The Heath – Stuart Francis Hair & Beauty.
The salon officially opened on Saturday, January 31, with a full appointment diary following an open evening on Friday to showcase the new facility.
Leanne and Lisa (pictured right), who both live in Runcorn, had been working successfully as mobile hairdressers for more than 18 months before embarking on their new joint business venture.
Lisa said: “Many of our mobile customers have now become clients at our new salon but we will continue to serve one or two of our older customers, who are unable to get along to the salon, with home visits. Naturally, we hope that the numerous businesses at The Heath will be taking advantage of having a hair and beauty salon on site. At the same time we hope to attract custom from residents in the local community surrounding The Heath. “
The salon looks fresh and chic having a black and cream colour scheme, with life size icon wall art. The windows are part frosted giving clients their privacy whilst receiving services in the salon.
Lisa added: “We would like to welcome all at the Heath and surrounding areas to feel free to pop in for a friendly chat and discover what services we have to offer.”
Lesley Lunt, The Heath Business and Technical Park’s Sales and Marketing Manager, said: “The hair salon is an important facility for both our residents businesses on the site but also for the large number of people in the local community who regularly use the various amenities we offer at The Heath including our leisure studio and gym, fashion studio, restaurant and events suites.”
The salon’s opening hours are Tuesday (9.30-5.30); Wednesday (9.30-4.15); Thursday and Friday (8.30am-8.pm) and Saturday (9.30-2.30). To book an appointment telephone: 01928 511044.
