State-of-the-art offices and laboratories will create a bespoke environment at highly competitive rates for all your business needs.

The exciting new development will be sensitively created within The Heath’s existing mature, landscaped environment. Eight individual plots are planned to provide up to 135,000 sq ft (12,600 sq m) of new high-quality office and laboratory floorspace. Buildings range from 7,500 sq ft to 27,000 sq ft (700 - 2,500 sq m). Each plot will be self-contained with its own car parking at a ratio of one parking space for every 30 sq m.

A mix of two and three storeys, the new buildings will be designed to meet the needs of today’s business requirements while looking to the future to ensure they incorporate the latest technology – ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.
