The Heath offers a range of office sizes to suit your business requirements. Whether this be a permanent base for your business, a project office for a set period of time or a drop-in office facility to provide the flexibility you require.

Sizes range from small modular units of 133 sq.ft (12.4 m2) to large open plan spaces over 4000 sq.ft (372 m2) and all units can be rented on flexible terms with furnished or unfurnished option.

A small kitchen area and toilet facilities are provided locally to your accommodation area whilst our other facilities/services such as car parking, conference centre, restaurant and gym (to name but a few) are just a short walk.

For a monthly fee your serviced accommodation at The Heath includes:

We currently have 3 offices this size which are ideal for 4 persons* providing sufficient space for desking, storage and perhaps a meeting facility. Offices are available on first and second floor level. A small kitchen and toilet facilities are located close-by. Office 3:

852 sq.ft (79.15 m2)

A larger open-plan office for up to 10 persons* which includes 2 smaller modular offices (currently used as a meeting room and server room). This office is first floor location and overlooks the landscaped gardens. A small kitchen and toilet facilities are located close-by.
