Serviced Office Space
The Heath is home to more than 150 organisations, ranging from small start-up companies to larger global giants who represent a broad spectrum of business sectors ranging from business services and public sector organisations to those at the cutting edge of science, research and advanced manufacturing.
Space is offered on flexible licence agreements to suit individual requirements, although our new build space is offered on a traditional lease basis. It is easy to grow your business at The Heath, simply choose your next office size and relocate without having to change your business address.
Offices range from modular units of 133 sq.ft (12.4 m2) to large open-plan spaces over 4000 sq.ft (372 m2) all benefiting from an external window and garden view.
A small kitchen and wash room facilities are provided locally to your chosen accommodation area whilst other site services/facilities such as car parking, restaurant, conference centre, gym and shops (to name but a few) are just a short walk.

For a monthly licence fee your serviced office space at The Heath includes:

Licence fees are payable monthly in advance on 1st of each month by Standing Order.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s licence fee is payable ahead of occupation and subsequently for any additional space taken as part of business expansion.

174 sq.ft (16.16m2) – ideal space for 1-2 persons, allowing sufficient room for desks/workstations, storage and a small meeting table with chairs.
243 sq.ft (22.58m2) – ideal space for up to 3 people, allowing sufficient room for desks/workstations, storage, a small meeting table with chairs and perhaps an occasional small hot desk.
360 sq.ft (33.4m2) – ideal space for 4-5 people, allowing sufficient room for desks/workstations, storage and a small meeting table with chairs.
443 sq.ft (41m2) – ideal space for up to 6 people, allowing sufficient room for desks/workstations, storage and a small meeting table with chairs.
972 sq.ft (90.3m2) – ideal space for up to 10 people this room includes an area of open-plan office space with an internal store/admin area.
1612 sq.ft (150m2) – suite of modular offices with small central reception/admin area. Ideal space for up to 14 people in a self-contained accommodation area.
2539 sq.ft (236m2) – suite of offices including an open-plan unit with interior modular glass fronted offices and additional adjacent modular space. Ideal space for up to 30 staff with desks/workstations, storage and meeting room.
