Geoffrey Hunt and Partners is a small firm of forensic fire and engineering failure investigators. Nowhere else could we obtain the services that we enjoy at the Heath. Flexible accommodation has enabled us to expand at our own pace and also provides low cost storage for our essential archives and exhibits. I can think of nowhere else where we can enjoy the benefit of fully equipped workshops and staff without the costs of running, manning and maintaining them. This has proved an invaluable resource for our ad-hoc test work; and then there are the explosion test chambers!On the human side, the cafe and coffee shop are now an essential resource for us but clever old Heath, they've even included a gym in case we overdo the cake! Finally, the people here are extremely friendly and willing to help which makes this a very relaxing place to work. Perhaps I should have kept quiet about it!

The grounds themselves are also aesthetically pleasing and it is an added advantage that the office space is surrounded by plenty of grass, trees and shrubs. The management and staff of The Heath are helpful and supportive and at all times have a ‘can do’ attitude.
It’s conferencing facilities are of a high standard and it’s on-site restaurant and coffee shop (Foodini) is a great place for networking and holding informal meetings as well as providing good food.
I would recommend The Heath to anyone looking to relocate their business or, indeed, set up in business for the first time.

For Nanoco, the big attraction of The Heath is that is it really geared up to work with science companies. The infrastructure to support the laboratory space is very flexible and is of a high specification, the workshop support (including on-site glass blowing) is excellent and there is also a wide range of on-site professional support services, including equipment design and safety management. The general facilities are also very good, with plenty of parking, meeting and conference facilities. The landlord, SOG Ltd, really understands the needs of science companies in a way that others do not, making working here much easier - especially for smaller organisations like ours.

We have always appreciated our landlords being based here and not in some office in London which means we get a very high standard of service.
