Job Vacancy at The Heath Business & Technical Park – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Permanent role – £18,000 – £22,000 p/a

A well-established Facilities Management Business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to form an integral part of their Finance Department on a permanent full time basis. They will be working in a small team of 5 people. Reporting directly to the Finance Supervisor the successful candidate will have strong all round knowledge of all functions within a finance department.

Main Responsibilities: Maintaining Sales Ledger including raising invoices and debt collection. Reconciling Bank Statements on a daily basis. Ad-hoc finance tasks to assist the wider finance function.

Systems Knowledge: Sage 200   Excel (Extensive knowledge preferable)

Requirements; Have experience of all aspects of a finance department. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. High level of accuracy to their work. Strong attention to detail. Be able to work to strict deadlines.
