Conveniently located within The Heath Business and Technical Park, Heath Leisure Suite is a welcoming local gym that encourages all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals and enjoy exercise. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or new to exercise, looking to lose weight or improve your muscle tone, Heath Leisure Suite gym and fitness centre provides a friendly environment to make those goals a reality.

Using the gym can be easy – we’re open 7 days a week, offer fitness classes both at lunch time and in the early evening with some classes as short as 20 minutes so they can fit around your schedule.

There is no joining fee and a range of value for money membership options are available, from pay-as-you-use to individual and corporate memberships.

Membership Prices:

£18.50 – monthly membership payable by standing order

£60.00 – 3 month membership payable by cash/card

£200.00 – 12 month membership payable by cash/card

Metafit workout for today is the brand new "HALF PIPE MATRIX"!!

Metafit is a 17 – 24 minute High Intensity Interval workout focusing on compound bodyweight movements. Every exercise is completed for roughly 20 seconds followed by a short rest period before moving on to the next exercise and will continue that way until the end of the workout. There are normally 3 – 4 rounds in total ending in a fast, sharp finisher!!

The exercises are all completed using your own body weight and range from planks, press ups and squats to more explosive and dynamic exercises like floor to sky jumps, burpees and sprints but no matter what fitness level or ability you are there are scaled regressions to every exercise to make sure anyone can complete a metafit workout.

Metafit is suitable for anyone who wants to get fit, tone up and lose some body fat without the need for lots of equipment and fancy systems, just bring yourself and you are ready to go!!
